About the Role

The Senior Fund Accountant serves as a dynamic professional responsible for the daily reporting functions and financial integrity of our private investment funds. This role is pivotal in preparing and reviewing hedge fund and private equity fund valuations, encompassing portfolio valuation, fee computations, accruals, and income allocations. You will act as a direct liaison between the firm, fund managers, and external auditors, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.

In this capacity, you will maintain fund books and records in strict accordance with Offering Memorandums and Constitutive Documents. The position involves preparing initial drafts of annual financial statements with footnotes in compliance with GAAP and providing essential assistance during independent audit reviews. Beyond core accounting duties, you will support business development through client-specific reporting and assist internal development teams with project tracking, invoice preparation, and financial reconciliations for development properties.
