About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support and manage the financial operations of a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing insights that help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in accounting, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. By recommending and implementing process improvements—including automation where applicable—you will help increase efficiency and accuracy across the board. Success in this position requires building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their goals and providing timely financial insights and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleEnsure compliance with GAAP and other applicable guidelines while staying current on industry changes
Requirements
- verified2+ years of experience in client accounting services
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedCPA preferred
- verifiedProficiency in QuickBooks Online, Yardi, Bill.com, NetSuite, Expensify, or similar platforms
Nice to Have
Experience within a public accounting environment. Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, Yardi, Bill.com, NetSuite, or Expensify. CPA certification.
