A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst role supporting a Fortune 500 company in Louisville, KY. This position offers significant career growth potential within a dynamic corporate environment.
Role Context
This is a full-time contract assignment (40+ hours per week) with the possibility of permanent conversion based on attendance, performance, and business needs. The role is designed for professionals who thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with business stakeholders, field staff, and cross-functional departments to drive strategic financial planning.
Day-to-day, you will partner with leadership to create investment requests, track value realization, and prepare comprehensive financial reporting and forecasting. You will also be responsible for analyzing trend data, managing budget development, and training operational personnel on finance-related processes. Flexibility may be required to meet workload demands and business needs.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of financial analysis experience
- verifiedStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- verifiedAbility to travel up to 25%
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle and/or Essbase. Prior experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in a corporate environment. Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams.
