About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead and collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis. You will be the primary liaison for special projects, working closely with all levels of the organization to drive business results through robust financial measures and processes.
In this hybrid position based in Lewisville/Denton, Texas, your day-to-day will involve managing the monthly close and reporting cycle, developing financial models for new contracts, and creating systems to monitor key operating statistics. You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement in data collection and analytical procedures, ensuring that financial projections and reviews are accurate and timely. This role requires a self-starter who can collaborate across the GMR footprint to solve complex problems and support the organization's mission of quality care.
