About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead and collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis.
You will be the primary driver of the planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions across Med Trans Corporation and GMR Health Systems. Your day-to-day involves managing the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results, and developing processes to monitor key operating statistics. You will act as a primary liaison for special projects, assisting departmental personnel with budget activities and ensuring the continuous improvement of data collection and analytical procedures.
