As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead or collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis. You will be the primary liaison for special projects, working closely with all levels of the organization to drive business results through robust financial measures and processes.
In this hybrid position based in Lewisville/Denton, Texas, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to inform decision-making. Your day-to-day involves developing processes to monitor key operating statistics, providing analytics for revenue and operational initiatives, and assisting departmental personnel with budget and forecast activities. You will also play a key role in identifying and ensuring compliance with hospital and partner contracts, while continuously improving data collection and analytical procedures.
