About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to drive business results by leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions across Med Trans Corporation and GMR Health Systems.
In this position, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost controls, reductions, and productivity initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison for special projects, collaborating across the GMR footprint to support new base openings, acquisition evaluations, and ongoing business tracking. Your work will directly influence financial modeling for new contracts and the continuous improvement of data collection processes, ensuring that financial measures of operations are clear and actionable for all levels of the organization.
