As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead or collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis.
In this position, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results. You will act as the primary liaison for special projects, assisting all levels of the organization with financial measures of operations and processes. Your day-to-day will involve developing processes to monitor key operating statistics, providing analytics to support revenue and business initiatives, and ensuring the continuous improvement of data collection and analytical procedures.
