As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead or collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, such as new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis.
In this hybrid position based in Lewisville or Denton, Texas, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results. You will act as the primary liaison for special projects and problems, working closely with departmental personnel to assist with budget and forecast activities. Your day-to-day involves developing processes to monitor key operating statistics, identifying and ensuring compliance with hospital and partner contracts, and continuously improving data collection and analytical procedures. You will provide analytics to support revenue, operational, and business initiatives, including financial modeling for new contracts and ongoing business tracking.
