Senior Finance Manager - Interim

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Interim Senior Finance Manager to support and lead FP&A activities for a global, publicly traded organization. This high-visibility role is designed to provide both strategic financial leadership and direct execution across forecasting, reporting, and analytical deliverables. The ideal candidate brings executive-level FP&A experience and thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

In this position, you will partner with senior leadership to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. You will drive improvements in financial processes, reporting structures, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting GAAP-compliant processes. The role involves building and refining financial models in Google Sheets and Excel, optimizing the Sage Intacct ERP environment, and supporting organizational initiatives such as the implementation of Figma for workflow or planning-related use cases.
