About the Opportunity
This position is an onsite opportunity within the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division. We are dedicated to helping people with diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. In this role, you will be a key partner in maintaining and improving the Supply Chain financial processes. You will serve as the primary contact for Supply Chain financial matters related to RLBE/Plan, Actuals, Cash Flow, and Capital, while providing financial support for Freight (Global inbound and US outbound), Global Inventory (Finished Goods, WIP, and Raw Materials), the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Supply Chain process, and the Customs & Compliance organization of ADC globally.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleStrengthen processes to project and analyze inventory and freight/distribution costs
- check_circlePresent actual and forecast reporting to Finance and Supply Chain teams on a monthly basis
- check_circleSupport supply continuity concerns by collaborating with commercial, QA, and demand stakeholders
- check_circleSupport the Customs and Compliance function to ensure timely implementation of action plans
- check_circleAnalyze freight and inventory activities for monthly closing, reporting, and forecasting
- check_circleOversee monthly reporting of Division Days of Inventory (DOH)
- check_circleEnsure adherence to Abbott accounting policies, procedures, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economic
- verifiedMinimum 8 years Finance and supervisory experience (FP&A, Cost/General Accounting and Financial Reporting)
