We are seeking a Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our collaborative, team-oriented culture in our Scottsdale office. In this role, you will perform a variety of paralegal and administrative tasks with a higher degree of independence than other support staff. You will support local attorneys by assisting with case planning, development, and management, conducting legal research, and drafting complex legal documents.
As a Senior Paralegal, you are expected to exercise leadership by coordinating work, training, and mentoring internal office staff. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation among clients, opposing counsel, judges, and colleagues. The successful candidate will have a passion for family law and be motivated to help create a pleasant workplace while managing complex job duties efficiently.
