We are seeking a Senior Family Law Paralegal to join our collaborative, team-oriented culture in our Scottsdale office. As a Senior Paralegal, you will bring a higher degree of independence and experience than other support staff, expected to successfully complete complex job duties while mentoring internal office and administrative staff.
In this role, you will support local attorneys by assisting with case planning, development, and management. You will be a key communicator, interacting regularly with clients and maintaining a well-respected reputation among opposing counsel, judges, and court staff. Your day will involve drafting and filing legal documents, managing attorney dockets to ensure deadlines are met, and contributing to the improvement of standard operating procedures and workflow processes. You will also step in to cover the front desk and phones when necessary to ensure prompt and professional service for all visitors.
