About the Role
Howmet Aerospace's Hampton, VA, IN facility is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to join our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team. This position is a key member of the location's EHS team, operating within an environment defined by our company's EHS values and leadership's commitment to delivering results.
In this role, you will drive environmental stewardship by developing and executing management systems to ensure compliance with all Howmet and governmental regulations. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement environmental improvement projects while supporting the rapid growth of the aerospace industry. Your work will directly influence corporate and business-unit sustainability goals by evaluating processes to optimize, minimize, or eliminate waste and reduce water usage.
