The Senior Engineering Project Manager serves as a pivotal leader in managing the delivery of multiple medium to small projects from inception to completion. These projects are of significant size and importance, directly impacting company objectives, with a primary focus on organic growth affiliated with developer-funded initiatives. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing the technical demands of water resource management with the strategic oversight required to drive efficiency and asset owner satisfaction.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between various internal and external stakeholders. You will interact with Operations personnel to ensure project deliveries meet operational needs and are coordinated with conveyance and transmission systems. You will also collaborate with the Asset Planning group to ensure adequate capacity and sound hydraulic engineering, while coordinating with property groups, technical services, and external governmental agencies for easements and project approvals. Your day-to-day involves driving efficiency through the monitoring of delivery metrics and ensuring that all elements needed for safe, efficient project completion are adhered to during construction.
