The Software Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, systems, and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives. This group ensures system stability and performance through continuous improvement, utilizing advanced monitoring and root cause analysis to minimize risk and drive operational success.

The Senior Software Engineer, SAP FICO role exists to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling, enhancing client business functionality and overall performance. This position serves as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, providing guidance on SAP financial integration within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes. You will lead complex projects, mentor SAP teams, and help others understand the broad implications of decision-making across the enterprise.

As a leader at this level, you will apply advanced knowledge to manage a wide variety of medium and large-scale projects. You are expected to independently determine methods for project completion, recommend new practices and metrics, and act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues. Your work will involve developing policies and procedures to achieve specific goals, often setting precedents for future solutions.
