About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of financial solutions tailored to our client's specific needs. This role serves as a critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration across the SAP ecosystem.
You will spend your time split between our client's US factory in Nashville and travel to various project sites. The position requires a hybrid approach, with 50% of your time onsite at the client's facility and 50% dedicated to travel. This dynamic environment offers the opportunity to work directly with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications, perform gap analyses, and propose viable solutions for cost centers, internal orders, and product costing.
Beyond configuration, you will be instrumental in the full lifecycle of the project, from developing test scripts and coordinating system integration tests to troubleshooting operational issues and delivering end-user training. Your expertise will help maintain and update existing configurations as business needs evolve, while also staying ahead of the latest SAP FICO developments to suggest continuous improvements.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field

- verifiedStrong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
- verifiedGood understanding of financial and management accounting principles
