The Senior Energy Engineer will play a key leadership role in the development and execution of energy conservation and efficiency projects for large, complex facilities. This position blends deep technical expertise with project leadership, making it ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems while mentoring others and engaging directly with clients.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support projects from concept through completion, delivering measurable energy and cost savings while advancing sustainable design strategies. You will serve as a technical authority, presenting analyses and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders, while guiding junior engineers and ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
