The Senior Electrical Engineer for the Hand Towels business unit serves as a recognized technical leader, blending capital project leadership with operations-embedded reliability engineering. You will ensure both long-term asset health and day-to-day performance for TM4 and supporting processes.
Preventing and fixing problems on technologically advanced, high-speed machines that produce top-notch products for a quarter of the world's population is no easy feat, but it is worth it. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing electrical leadership for manufacturing asset management teams, leading medium-to-large capital projects from concept through commissioning, and solving problems using LEAN methodologies to achieve unit objectives.
