About the Role

The Senior Electrical Engineer for the Hand Towels business unit serves as a recognized technical leader, blending capital project leadership with operations-embedded reliability engineering. You will ensure both long-term asset health and day-to-day performance for TM4 and supporting processes.

Preventing and fixing problems on technologically advanced, high-speed machines that produce top-notch products for a quarter of the world's population is no easy feat, but it is worth it. You will be recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing electrical leadership for manufacturing asset management teams, leading medium-to-large capital projects from concept through commissioning, and solving problems using LEAN methodologies to achieve unit objectives.
