Project Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior E-Invoicing Functional Analyst to support the development and enhancement of e-invoicing compliance capabilities across multiple international markets. This role focuses on translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, structured functional specifications that can be implemented within a SaaS platform.
Working closely with compliance, product, technical, and implementation teams, you will play a key role in defining how country-specific e-invoicing processes are delivered within the solution. This position is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between regulatory compliance, business analysis, and product delivery.

- check_circleMap end-to-end invoicing processes including creation, submission, validation, and production deployment
- check_circleCollaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are reflected in the platform
- check_circleCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and test scenarios
- check_circleIdentify gaps between regulatory requirements and existing platform capabilities
- check_circleSupport customer testing activities and production go-live initiatives from a functional perspective
Requirements
- verifiedProven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role within e-invoicing, tax compliance, digital reporting, or electronic invoicing environments
- verifiedStrong understanding of country-specific e-invoicing regulations and compliance processes
- verifiedExperience translating legal or regulatory requirements into functional specifications and product requirements
