Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAct as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform
- check_circleCustomize and configure applications according to agreed specifications
- check_circleDesign, develop, and document project deliverables in line with timelines and budgets
- check_circleResolve customer support issues and provide troubleshooting
- check_circleSupport pre-sales activities including software demonstrations and scoping
- check_circleCollaborate with internal teams and partner organizations to deliver solutions
- check_circleParticipate in application implementation, configuration, and testing
- check_circleDeliver end-user and super-user training on system functionality
- check_circleManage project planning, timelines, and multiple parallel projects
Requirements
- verified5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration
- verifiedExperience in e-invoicing
- verifiedUnderstanding of AP/AR lifecycle
- verifiedKnowledge of e-invoicing compliance regulations in EU and APAC regions
- verifiedExperience in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects
