Peraton is seeking a Technology Program Management Senior Director, a seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Task Leads, and federal civilian agency program stakeholders.
The position blends deep technical knowledge with strategic management skills to ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of complex technical environments. You will act as a technical liaison with vendors, manage a directorate within a division, and supervise professional and technical personnel. The role requires constant interaction with the Government customer, technical and business managers, immediate staff, subcontractor partners, and program support personnel to drive successful technical, schedule, and cost performance.
