This position serves as a strategic leader within our infrastructure organization, tasked with overseeing the development and deployment of mission-critical systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. The role exists to architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that drive business continuity and innovation. You will direct multiple teams of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring all solutions meet rigorous functional, performance, and SLA thresholds.
In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, leading cross-functional efforts to resolve complex challenges and remove roadblocks. The day-to-day involves mentoring engineers on best practices for secure architecture, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and managing solution costs through strategic resource selection. You will champion the adoption of modern tools and methodologies, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving industry standards.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive evaluation designed to assess technical depth, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
