Senior Director, Secure DevOps Requisition

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic leader within our infrastructure organization, tasked with overseeing the development and deployment of mission-critical systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. The role exists to architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that drive business continuity and innovation. You will direct multiple teams of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring all solutions meet rigorous functional, performance, and SLA thresholds.

In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, leading cross-functional efforts to resolve complex challenges and remove roadblocks. The day-to-day involves mentoring engineers on best practices for secure architecture, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and managing solution costs through strategic resource selection. You will champion the adoption of modern tools and methodologies, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and aligned with evolving industry standards.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
