Senior Director, Secure DevOps Requisition

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic leader within our infrastructure organization, tasked with overseeing the development and deployment of mission-critical systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. The role exists to architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that drive business continuity and innovation. You will direct multiple teams of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring all solutions meet rigorous functional, performance, and SLA thresholds.

In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex technical challenges. The day-to-day involves mentoring engineers on best practices for secure architecture, optimizing cloud costs, and championing the adoption of modern CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our technical roadmap aligns with organizational goals, all while maintaining a focus on security and operational excellence.
