This position serves as a strategic leader within our infrastructure organization, tasked with overseeing the development and deployment of mission-critical systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. The role exists to architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that drive business continuity and innovation. You will direct multiple teams of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring all solutions meet rigorous functional, performance, and SLA thresholds.
In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex technical challenges. The day-to-day involves mentoring engineers on best practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and managing solution costs to ensure maximum efficiency. You will champion the adoption of modern methodologies, including GitOps and container orchestration, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects spanning multiple technical domains.
