Senior Director, Secure DevOps Requisition

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic leader within our infrastructure organization, tasked with overseeing the development and deployment of mission-critical systems across both cloud and on-premises environments. The role exists to architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that drive business continuity and innovation. You will direct multiple teams of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring all solutions meet rigorous functional, performance, and SLA thresholds.

In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex technical challenges, mentor engineers on best practices for secure architecture, and champion the adoption of modern CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. The day-to-day involves evaluating and optimizing cloud resources to manage costs effectively while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects spanning multiple technical domains.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which may also include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
