The Senior Director, Marketplace Strategy sets the direction for how jobs reach the right process servers quickly, how the network gets paid in ways that sustain performance, and how ABC Legal builds a marketplace that is faster, more reliable, and more competitive over time.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of supply economics, behavioral design, and operational strategy. You won't just manage systems; you will define the logic behind them and build the team's capability to run a high-performing marketplace. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, energized by complex problems, and know how to move forward without waiting for perfect information.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDefine and lead marketplace strategy across dispatch, pricing, and incentives
- check_circleEstablish and evolve pay and pricing models to support customer competitiveness and server earnings
- check_circleDesign and manage incentive programs to drive speed, accuracy, and consistency
- check_circlePartner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate strategy into scalable systems
- check_circleIdentify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve performance without eroding trust
- check_circleLead experimentation efforts including pilots and A/B tests to evaluate dispatch and pricing changes
- check_circlePartner with data teams to strengthen forecasting, coverage planning, and marketplace insights
- check_circleEnsure clear communication of marketplace logic and changes across internal teams and the network
- check_circleOwn core marketplace performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- check_circleOwn job routing and allocation logic to optimize for geography, urgency, and performance
Requirements
- verifiedExperience leading strategy in complex environments such as marketplaces, gig economy platforms, logistics, or similar systems
- verifiedStrong understanding of supply and demand dynamics, pricing strategy, dispatch or routing logic, and incentive design
