As a Senior Director of Innovation, you will serve as a strategic architect and thought leader, bridging the gap between complex human needs and business objectives. This role exists to champion a culture of innovative visual storytelling and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that critical gaps in current services and products are identified and resolved through multidisciplinary collaboration.
You will navigate the organization's political landscape to secure access to primary and secondary research, partnering with key stakeholders to scope data and refine its interpretation. Your day-to-day involves forecasting diverse business needs, aligning them with organizational goals, and engaging content experts to drive strategic alignment. You will advise executive leaders on the planning and implementation of highly complex projects, fostering partnerships across inter- and intra-organizational boundaries to set the strategic direction for multidisciplinary teams.
Central to your mission is the development of frameworks and playbooks that drive continuous improvement. You will oversee the deployment of these resources, ensuring they socialize effectively and align with high-priority business strategies. By modeling continuous learning and managing talent pipelines, you will build organizational capacity, preparing high-potential employees for growth while maintaining a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
