About the Role

The Senior Director, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Southeast will lead and manage a high-performing team of MSLs to drive field medical business performance and advance our strategic medical objectives. This role is pivotal in having a tangible impact on improving patient outcomes and contributing to our vision to end the HIV and AIDS epidemic.

In addition to managing the Southeast region, you will have expanded responsibility for developing and managing other leaders in the medical affairs organization. You will coordinate and align strategies with cross-functional business partners to drive seamless, high-impact partnerships. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong scientific and business acumen who can ensure the highest quality scientific engagement with the healthcare community while identifying and implementing strategic plans critical to maintaining high-performing teams.
