To achieve our goal of serving 80,000 to 100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is seeking a Senior Director of Communications & Marketing. This pivotal role is designed to position Braven as the premier thought leader in the college-to-career space. You will be an extraordinary storyteller, crafting narratives across press, digital, video, and speaking engagements to shape and steward a brand grounded in excellence.
As a member of the External Affairs team reporting directly to the Chief External Affairs Officer, you will lead a team of 5-7 full-time staff and 3-5 contractors. Your day-to-day will involve creating the annual communications strategy, leading major external projects such as impact reports and site launches, and collaborating with partners to elevate the Braven brand. You will manage a diverse portfolio including media relations, speaking engagements, social media, video creation, events, and internal communications, ensuring all efforts align with Braven's mission and brand standards.
