As a Senior Director, Absence, Disability Management and Life (ADML), you will lead large, highly visible client engagements involving the design and management of group disability and broader absence management programs. You will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex clients, driving strategy and growing relationships with current accounts while participating in prospecting opportunities with new clients.
This position offers the unique opportunity to be a key voice to the marketplace for one of the world's leading HR consulting firms. You will contribute directly to the evolution of ADML delivery in North America, crafting and selling solutions that meet client needs while materially growing ADML revenue. In this capacity, you will oversee consultants and project managers in the design and delivery of project plans, ensuring high-quality deliverables are presented to clients.
Beyond client work, you will demonstrate extensive leadership by mentoring other consultants and contributing to the marketing of Willis Towers Watson by speaking at conferences and writing articles to promote the company.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $175,000-$185,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role, and potential for revenue generation.
