About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Analyst to join our team, specializing in SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity, performance, and availability of enterprise-grade database systems. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring robust operational support across Azure, Linux, and Windows platforms.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of database management, from performance monitoring and query optimization to designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions. The role demands a deep understanding of database internals, including memory management, indexing, and transaction logging. You will work in a hybrid capacity, alternating between one week onsite in Richmond, VA, and one week remote, while participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support production stability.

Requirements
- verified10+ years hands-on experience as SQL Server and PostgreSQL DBA
