GovCIO is seeking a Senior Customer Support Administrator (IT Specialist) to serve as the primary on-site support point of contact for our San Francisco, CA location. In this Tier 2 field support capacity, you will be the face of our technical services, ensuring an exceptional service experience for both classified and unclassified networks.
This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing complex technical troubleshooting with high-level customer service. You will act as the central hub for resolving inquiries, managing service requests, and maintaining the operational integrity of our clients' IT infrastructure. From staging workstations to managing Active Directory permissions, your work ensures that users can focus on their mission-critical tasks without interruption.
As part of the GovCIO support team, you will operate within a structured framework that prioritizes security, efficiency, and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with remote support teams and on-site stakeholders to facilitate network, hardware, and software resolutions. Your contributions directly impact the reliability of critical systems, including Microsoft Windows environments, O365, OneDrive, and VTC equipment.
