About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the key day-to-day client interface in the San Diego area. You will deliver value-added cost management services across complex, high-tech construction projects, including advanced manufacturing, cleanroom environments, and technically sophisticated facilities. These projects are often delivered through phased programs, requiring strong commercial oversight and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, gathering project updates and supporting decision-making to maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders. Success requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to ensure accurate financial reporting and commercial alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
