Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies and coordinating with internal departments
  • check_circleProcess invoices, perform data entry, and support budget tracking and reconciliation with accounting
  • check_circleMaintain accurate calendars for the Dean and assist with school-wide scheduling and coordination
  • check_circleServe as primary front desk contact by greeting guests, answering phones, and validating parking
  • check_circleAssist students and faculty with routine academic needs including maintaining syllabi, class rosters, and records
  • check_circleCoordinate meeting and event logistics including invitations, food ordering, room reservations, and RSVPs
  • check_circleAssist the Dean with communications, drafting correspondence, managing distribution lists, and preparing presentations
  • check_circleSupport course scheduling and classroom operations by managing room schedules and setting up spaces
