We maintain and process critical lease information for Charles Schwab's large commercial and retail real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate administration of lease documents, data, and related financial obligations.
About the Role
As a Lease Administrative Senior Specialist, you will be the backbone of our real estate operations, managing the day-to-day administration of our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Risk Management, while also interacting with a wide range of landlords, from small property owners to large institutions like REITs.
Your day will involve navigating complex lease administration workflows, coordinating document execution, and ensuring billing accuracy through detailed reviews of rent statements and tax bills. You will lead administrative support for SNDA and estoppel processes, monitor time-sensitive legal notices, and contribute to special projects aimed at improving efficiency and consistency across our operations. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a team setting but is also capable of working independently to build strong relationships with business partners.
Hiring Process

Location and Work Model
This position is based in Lone Tree, Colorado, and operates on a hybrid work model (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home). The role is available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship and must reside in or be willing to relocate to the listed location at their own expense.
