This position serves as a critical strategic partner for program officials, guiding them through the intricacies of Federal procurement regulations and acquisition strategies. You will be the central point of contact for major procurement actions, providing authoritative recommendations to improve operations and customer service.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of high-value technical service contracts, from developing statements of work and evaluation plans to administering contract modifications and closeouts. You will apply acquisition innovation techniques to streamline processes, conduct advanced price/cost analyses, and lead negotiations for complex contract modifications. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor less experienced team members and provide high-level guidance on source selection and contract administration to safeguard Government interests.
