About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to lead daily field inspection activities for roadway and bridge construction projects in the Providence, RI area. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Resident Engineer, contractors, testing teams, and stakeholders. Your focus will be on verifying that all work aligns with contract plans, specifications, and safety requirements to ensure on-time delivery and structural integrity.
As a senior team member, you will mentor junior inspectors and drive the resolution of complex field issues. You will navigate the dynamic environment of highway corridor improvements, managing everything from concrete placement and structural steel work to maintenance of traffic plans and environmental compliance.
