As a Senior Commercial Service Center Representative, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for managing complex commercial accounts. Your day-to-day involves resolving policy issues, promoting additional coverages, and addressing inquiries via telephone, email, and interactive chat. You will provide advanced certificates of insurance, handle endorsements, and conduct renewal reviews while maintaining deep knowledge of commercial acceptance rules, pricing, and hazard recognition.
Beyond daily operations, this role is pivotal in training and supporting the Commercial Service Center team. You will assist management with strategic projects and identify opportunities to streamline policy handling and improve job efficiency. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to researching issues and documenting activities to report back to agent offices effectively.
