About the Role

This position serves as a dedicated financial advisor for our business clients, providing full-service banking and tailored financial solutions. You will act as a strategic partner, developing new relationships by calling on targeted prospects to uncover their unique needs. Your role involves crafting sales strategies, structuring complex deals, and closing high-value transactions with a focus on building long-term trust.

Beyond traditional banking products like loans, lines of credit, and cash management, you will function as a trusted advisor. You will educate clients on broader financial strategies, including investments, insurance, credit management, and market trends, ensuring their financial plans align with their goals. A key part of your day-to-day involves monitoring market shifts and customer portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling retail, investment, and estate planning services, thereby delivering continued value to a mix of high-value and high-potential clients.
