Lucayan Technology Solutions supports ongoing national security operations within the Intelligence Operations and Analysis department. Our mission is to ensure critical intelligence requirements are met by translating complex needs into actionable intelligence, directly impacting senior decision-makers and operational success.
About the Role
As a Senior Collection Manager (ISR), you will serve as a pivotal link between intelligence requirements and operational execution. In this onsite role based in Tampa, Florida, you will translate intelligence needs into actionable ISR collection taskings, coordinating across multiple intelligence disciplines to produce high-quality assessments. You will work within a mission-critical environment, collaborating closely with intelligence analysts, operators, and technical teams to balance time-sensitive requests with standing collection requirements.
This position is designed to establish a pool of qualified candidates for future openings. Positions may become available based on staffing needs, operational requirements, or workforce changes. Qualified applicants may be contacted as opportunities arise to support these ongoing operations.
