About the Role
This position with Amentum supports the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) J23 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) branch. The core mission of this role is to drive the development and approval of collection requirements throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Collection Managers serve as a critical link in the ISR cycle, ensuring that component requirements are prioritized and actioned to reduce intelligence gaps and inform strategic allocation decisions.
Success in this role requires the ability to fuse doctrinal practices with emerging technological advancements. You will translate intelligence needs into clearly articulated collection requirements, coordinating with various components to ensure optimal deployment of ISR assets. The day-to-day involves engaging with analysts to identify intelligence needs, developing collection postures, and managing the full lifecycle of requirements—from tasking and monitoring results to re-tasking as necessary. You will also balance time-sensitive requests with standing requirements, ensuring alignment with USCENTCOM and Intelligence Community priorities.

Requirements
