In Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, you will advance the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation. This role serves as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business, allowing you to do work that matters while restoring health to patients.
You will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, and patients. Operating with a high degree of independence, you will identify and execute the most effective business practices to support the region's EP products. Your day will involve mentoring less experienced Clinical Specialists, leading training programs for healthcare professionals, and providing regional EP procedural case coverage. You will also offer insight to management on market feedback to influence the development of next-generation products.
