About the Role
The Senior Client Analyst serves as a vital support pillar for our Client Managers and department leadership, ensuring the seamless delivery of day-to-day services to our clients and carriers. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment where precision and relationship-building are paramount.
In this position, you will be the operational backbone of our client service workflow. Your day will involve processing policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and audits at the direction of Client Managers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered promptly. You will manage file and record maintenance in strict compliance with operating procedures and insurance regulations, while also handling billing procedures for renewal policies.
You will act as a liaison between our agency and insurance carriers, reviewing received policies for conformance, expediting necessary corrections, and ordering required documents. Additionally, you may assist in updating client loss histories, compiling exposure information, and preparing schedules of insurance coverage. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of service.
