The ESPI Programs Division delivers specialized insurance solutions through program management, risk assessment, and customized coverage. Within this division, the Client Executive serves as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for assigned clients. This role is designed for individuals who know what they want and aren't afraid to make it happen.
You will act as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, including Producers, support staff, and carriers. Your day-to-day involves managing client relationships, addressing service needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions. You will collaborate closely to drive new business, manage renewals, and maintain compliance, leveraging strong insurer relationships and deep industry expertise to mitigate risk and enhance client insurance portfolios.
This role is based out of our Birmingham, AL office. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
