About the Role

As a Senior Claims Manager, you will lead a team of adjusters and managers while providing advanced technical oversight, project leadership, and analytical insight. Your primary goal is to continuously enhance the claims experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and possesses a proven track record of guiding teams through complex, litigated, and non-litigated Commercial and Personal lines Casualty claim files. You will partner with independent service providers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims across casualty, property, auto, and catastrophe lines, while building strong relationships with agents, policyholders, and vendors.

  • check_circleOversee daily claims operations to ensure balanced workloads and high-quality file handling
  • check_circleContribute to claims leadership vision, strategy, planning, and goal execution
  • check_circleLead process improvement initiatives and drive performance enhancements through data analysis
  • check_circlePartner with independent service providers for timely and accurate claims resolution
  • check_circleIdentify and monitor high-severity complex claims while participating in reserving and resolution discussions
  • check_circleBuild and maintain strong relationships with agents, policyholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • check_circleImplement and maintain quality assurance programs through monthly audits

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree or 10+ years experience (5 years claims + 5 years management)
  • verified5+ years handling complex litigated and non-litigated Commercial and Personal lines claims
