This high-profile opportunity is located at the Pentagon, the second largest office building in the nation. You will bring your expertise and collaborative skills to support a critical mission, making a tangible impact on military defense capabilities. Your day-to-day work involves providing recommendations on study plans, technical assistance on modeling techniques, and the development of campaign scenarios, TACSITs, and CONOPS.
You will conduct independent assessments to ensure logical analytical practices are followed and that Navy positions, capabilities, and CONOPS are accurately represented. A key part of your role is developing scenario excursions to support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, assessing model sensitivity to changes in platform capabilities, tactics, and CONOPS. You will utilize analysis results to create briefings for leadership, informing them of capability limitations based on expected policy and funding priorities. Additionally, you will provide warfare assessments for the Navy staff and input to OSD/Joint Campaign Analysis, advising leadership on campaign and mission studies to identify critical capability and capacity issues.
Candidates must possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligible determination and be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE). Waivers, exceptions, or conditional SCI eligibility determinations are not reciprocal for immediate boarding and will be processed in accordance with Navy policy.
