This position serves as a trusted advisor to complex Business Banking clients and prospects, providing valuable financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will act as the primary point of contact, responsible for acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships. The role requires collaborating with teammates and facilitating client connections with Product Specialists to design and deliver comprehensive financial strategies.
In this capacity, you will manage an extensive portfolio of companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $50 million. Your day-to-day involves interpreting financial and cash flow statements to assess financial conditions and industry trends, while leading dialogues on alternative capital structures and general business issues. You will also coach and mentor peers, adapting to changes in sales practices and market conditions to ensure continued success.
