About the Role
The Senior Brand Manager, eCommerce serves as a strategic leader within the Consumer Health organization, responsible for driving sales and enhancing the online presence of our products. This role exists to accelerate sustained sales growth by developing and leading marketing and promotional strategies across key digital commerce ecosystems. You will ensure our product assortment remains relevant, differentiated, and effectively activated while leveraging sales data and platform insights to identify new growth opportunities.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between brand vision and digital execution. You will lead negotiations and partnership agreements with retailers, third-party platforms, and growth channels, while continuously evaluating digital experiences to recommend improvements. The role requires integrating AI into brand management to optimize buyability and internal efficiency, ensuring our digital strategy stays ahead of emerging trends. You will also be a key contributor to marketing-specific projects, helping to define the future of eCommerce at Bayer Consumer Health.
