Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRecruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics
- check_circleProvide training on safety procedures and equipment operation standards
- check_circleEnsure compliance with OSHA safety practices and facility policies
- check_circleMonitor machine stop records to determine necessary repairs
- check_circleAssist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades
- check_circleObtain bids for routine and emergency maintenance work
- check_circleSupervise and develop the technical skills of the mechanic team
- check_circleSuggest equipment improvements to reduce environmental impact and costs
